CTIA–The Wireless Association® today announced the finalists for the 2013 Emerging Technology (E-Tech) Awards, after receiving an all-time high number of submissions for the competition. Nearly 100 entries will be featured at CTIA 2013™, which takes place May 21-23, 2012 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.
